These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Budget Voice, a mobile application developed by Sondre Engström, operating as a sole trader (enskild firma) based in Malmö, Sweden ("we", "our", "the developer"). By downloading or using Budget Voice, you agree to these Terms.
Budget Voice is a voice-first budget tracking application available on iOS and Android. The app allows you to log expenses, track budgets, and manage your personal finances using voice commands, home screen widgets, and manual input.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Budget Voice. By using the app you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have permission from a parent or guardian.
Budget Voice is a paid app with a subscription. Subscription details:
Budget Voice includes a 14-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged until the trial period ends. You can cancel at any time before the trial ends and you will not be billed. Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription before the trial period concludes.
All purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Refund requests are handled according to their respective policies:

All budget data, notes, and financial information you enter in Budget Voice belongs to you. We do not claim any ownership over your content. Your data is stored locally on your device. We do not access, read, or use your personal financial data for any purpose other than displaying it back to you within the app.

We aim to keep Budget Voice available and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes through app updates or in-app notices.
Budget Voice is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Budget Voice is a personal budgeting tool and does not provide financial advice. You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sondre Engström shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Budget Voice, including but not limited to loss of data or financial decisions made based on information displayed in the app.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
